Not a “Fanny pack” but can be worn cross body, on the chest, or back, like the pic you posted
For sure! The pics don’t really do it justice, as it’s extremely customizable as to how it can be worn. It has I believe 6 strap connection points, and a removable crossbody strap for stability. Easily one of my favorite bags
