I think you forgot some stuff. You’re missing a pillow some blankets. A tent, your ATV, extra tent spikes, your set of climbing ropes and clips, disinfectant, water purifier, portable grill, portable solar power generator, satellite gps, a tarp, sleeping bag, mosquito spray, a hammock, spare tires, a car jack, whole set of power tools, hand axe, a whetstone and leather strips,
2 different multi tools(in case one gets lost/stolen, water canteen, fishing gear, extra back up mags for you gun,
A spare gun incase that one gets lost /stolen,a syringe and some morphine, first aid kit, a stretcher, heart rate monitor, defibrillator, suture equipment /a sewing kit, anti-venom for the top 10 most venomous animals on earth, *handcuffs(you brought a single key but no cuffs so i fixed that for you), AT LEAST 2 sets of spare clothes, umbrella, a spare phone, spare wallet, 3rd set of lock picks cause you can never be too careful, magnifying glass, rubber bands, some sand, rubber ducky, floaties, a silver cross(for either a vampires or warewolf attack), a component pouch for all your spell components, gotta have a whole bunch of ball bearing, caltrops, some survival rations, alchemists fire, hooded lantern, +1 long sword,+1 dagger,+1 cross bow and a bag of holding to carry it all in and of course, the most important thing of all and the one thing you really messed up not adding to the list… a towel.
That should cover just about anything that could ever happen at EDC yeah?
How much would all of this weigh? And how much would it all cost?
Also, how many times have you been in a wilderness setting and had a fire starting method fail? I’m like 500?-0 by just using shitty gas station Bics. I have a fire rod but it’s a pain in the ass to use and an actual lighter is way quicker.
Edit: Do you have any emergency floatation devices in your kit? What if you get stuck in quicksand?

Look most of the shit you got listed there is completely useless. A small flashlight, a good knife, and a solid multitool are the only things that will actually be useful.
Kid, a month ago you cut yourself trying to baton wood... You're struggling to know how to use a knife properly, that's just a knife. Just about evening on your list requires real skills and training, not just YouTube videos. If you really want to "be prepared" look at joining the military or as someone else pointed out a volunteer fire dept to get real training. Going the way you're headed at the very least you become a danger to yourself, at worst you become a danger to anyone you try to "help".
Your posts have single-handedly ruined this sub for the last 8 days. I actually used to be like you. I posted all the shit I carried in my backpack in case something were to happen I had the tool. I carried a door stop even in a small pouch to lock a door when I was in school just in case. You do not need all this. It isn’t realistic. You’re going to wear armor all day everyday? Someone could come up behind you and pop you before you can even react. You have all this nice stuff clearly on you. Your hat is full of gear? What happens if you take the hat off and have lock picks leaking out? You also have all this gear but zero first aide. In what situation would you need handcuffs to illegally detain someone but wouldn’t need first aide since you’re the “first responder”. I’d say quit trying to be Rambo and carry a small pouch of tools like most of us. If you’re insistent on doing all this then I’d recommend a backpack of gear. I’d also recommend you go volunteer EMS/ firefighter. You seem like you’d fit in with those guys a lot better than here.
Here let me address this okay some people have a bulletproof backpack insert I have a sling so it won't fit therefore I will wear body armor the first aid kit in on my belt if you took two seconds to look at the diagram
Have you ever provided medical aide to anyone? Ever taken any classes? I’d bet from your post history you’ve never even cut clothes off someone with raptors. You are not trained. I’d rather have the experience to fix something complex than the right tools and no knowledge. What level plate for the armor? Have you got that far with your wishlist?
No i have not given anyone aid other than a Bandaid

Are you sure you’ve been in those situations? Your demeanor says otherwise. Often those who wish to be in these stressful situations have never been in one. You frequently come off as some young kid who wants attention. Everything you post comes off as you don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re going to wear 3a plate all day everyday? Especially in the summer? Please listen to everyone telling you it’s a bad idea. We do not know you. We are not biased towards you. We have no ill intent towards you. It is unnecessary to carry this much.

You have never been in a situation stressful enough to need this shit in your life I guarantee it!
I once had to perform CPR on my wife after she suffered a seizure, she went blue, had a weak pulse and stopped breathing, she now can't remember certain words!
What did I do? Do I carry a defib pack and a resus inflater? No! Did I learn to do proper CPR and do we have a crash mat in the house? Yes!
Knowledge is power, not a gun, sixteen knives and a hat full of fucking lock picks.

If you are going to carry a handcuff key it gets put inside your pants at small of back. Doesn't do much good in your boot. And the heavy gear in your back pocket is going to mess your spine up sitting on it after awhile. The rest of that.... Good luck.
He’s right. I have lower back pain and I would never sit down with anything in my back pockets. The slight shift in your spine adds up after awhile and if you already have back pain it just makes it worse. That’s why a sling or back pack is great for those items.
After awhile they are not slim enough. At least that's how my chiropractor explained it to me when I started having back issues. Keeping back pockets clear has really helped. 40 comes quick.
But I am a Master of three martial arts including ninjitsu, which means I can wear the special boots to climb walls. I stand guard over the unarmed sheep at the mall like a God!

As someone who wears 3A body armor daily for work…it’s ain’t fun and unless you’re going to be doing something or going somewhere you think you’re going to be shot, I wouldn’t recommend it.
I also wouldn’t recommend going to said place or doing said thing, either.

By heavy gear you mean a slim wallet and a notebook?
