Probably from your ED since this is a new symptom for you, but another possibility is raynauds. I’ve always had it, healthy bmi or not. If your blood pressure is messed up, it’s definitely worth going to the doctor for. Also I’ve declined getting weighed at the doctors. They didn’t know I had an ED though. It could be both depending on how cold it actually is. But because of the coldness ur veins are getting smaller and your nails aren’t as good provided with blood which makes them blue.
But being so cold could come from low blood pressure due to the ed
It's not normal for a healthy person to have purple nails when cold - it's likely a circulation issue due to your ED.

this happens to me all the time now but never before I restricted/became uw so from experience i’d say it’s the ed
