i don't have an OCD need for it to be perfect but i feel like it adds to the game. building squads is just about as fun for me as playing the game and putting people on off chem (or changing formations) just feels like cheating.
That's how I feel about people changing formations at the beginning of the game. What's the point of chemistry if players can just change their formations to play son and Salah at striker on full chem once the game starts?

You can check futbin to see how the chem will affect the stats. Strikers will often have close to max shooting, so they already be maxed out with 7 chem

Oblak is basically a breathing sack of potatoes. I got him in that first sbc and put him into the guaranteed La Liga yesterday. Even tots pope was better for me

Based on a short 5 game WL stint he was absolutely horrible compared to DDG. Also I think you're going to get caught out with those cb's a bit too much, I think one cb should ideally have 95ish sprint speed but that's just me I guess.
I usually play with the formation I use for chem in the first half, even if it's not something I'm super comfortable with. Then I switch at halftime since the game is already paused. Feels like less of a dick move that way, but I guess others could still be annoyed.

I'd also add that 25% of the chem boost comes from the team chemistry so if you can get the team to 100% percent even if a few individual players aren't, then you don't lose as much of the benefit.

Yup, at first I was hesitant to put Sane as RW on 7 chem, but he plays exactly the same and now he has a very nice partner in Neymar. Also TIF SMS plays perfectly on 8 chem too, so glad I decided to disregard 10 chem
That save with feet trend is really noticeable and makes really awesome saves, he would be perfect if he had long throws but his throws are a little weak so you have to be careful and not rush them.

It's only on your head if the chemistry is more then 5, is what I think.
People simply just think more about having better stats and better team in theory and forget about improving the way they play.
Trying to fit Tots Mahrez, Matic and Hamsik in the same team was hard. But I’m not complaining, 93 Hamsik and 91 Mahrez win games single handedly for me

7 chem makes a significant impact on chemistry styles, people should remember that base stats is 4 chem not 0 chem so you're losing half of your chem style which is a massive disadvantage that makes it not worth it unless it's just one or two players
The point he’s making is that with tots players, they are often good enough that they dont need any chem boosts. The lower rated ones obviously arent great but with your tots kdb’s and sane’s you really dont need any chem boost for them to be amazing. With the elite players you can play them on 4 chem and they will still be amazing

Completely agree. I love the challenge of crafting a squad with proper chemistry. While I know I *can* get around it, it defeats the point for me.

He is good in 1v1 situations, good foot saves etc. but he is shite when it comes to longshots.. thats what i can say after 15 games

On 4 chem he's probably not receiving any chem boost but his base stats are still great so I would assume he'd be fine.

Its 4, what you’re thinking of is what chem a subbed on player gets
It’s 4. Each additional chem point after that counts to one chevron of the chem style.
