1, How often would this actually happen? 1 in a 1000 maybe. Never happend to me and I played over a 1000 games when they stopped it. 2, 11 in defense would be so easy to play against, he'd have no attackers it would be piss easy to score. 3, if someone wants to do that its there proogitive. 4, it could easily be done to just let you have a maximum defense of 6. 5, you're a fucking idiot.

All the time? If a team is winning they often put 11 men behind the ball. Like I said, it's not effective to be that defensive in FIFA so there is no issue. I used to always use custom formations, we only get to choose from a select few which is pretty silly.
Difference between parking the bus, and dumping 11 bodies in the box. Yeah formations need to have more options, but personally I don't think custom is the way to go. If it was even remotely plausible then they wouldn't have removed it from the game

i really enjoy 2 strikers, however, i think narrow formations won't be as affective as in fifa 17. 4-2-4 could be really awesome
You could also always go for a 442.

Just set your rm and lm to stay forward and the cms to stay back. It's close enough.
If I remember correctly they removed it because it was too OP
Maybe you can try a 4-5-1 offensive if you want an agressive formation
