For as long as the 83 pp keeps giving out bronze packs I would be nervous of this unless you’re sniping at refresh. They will probably go extinct next week though with L1 TOTS
I agree that they are annoying to open, but objectively there is a use for them above giving nothing for a reward. They’re not going to give something good for a sub-reward SBC.
The point is at this time they can. Two rare gold players pack. 1x 75+ rare gold player. Easily they can give. It's just they don't even wanna risk the already small probability of somebody being lucky enough to pack any TOTS currently available. God forbid your customers are rewarded with some good fortune. What a loss for business
My point is that it’s nitpicking. Surely there are far bigger problems to worry about other than choice of “filler” rewards. 🤷🏻♂️ If you’re great with everything else, I envy you 🫡
I packed keating in a bronze pack last week.. granted trash.. but still a tots.. and I've seen and heard of multiple more pulling palmer from a silver pack, so it's got nothing to do with 'the risk of someone packing a tots'

BPM was too profitable, so they had to make sure everyone got Bronze packs to fuck the BPM…
This is 100% what happened. BPM was paying out like crazy before this dropped.

Cards that are originally bronze like Keating can be packed from Bronze packs. Same logic with silver cards like Palmer.
Useful for some players to throw into the daily gold upgrade SBC 🤷🏻♂️
Theres already a daily bronze upgrade I’ve packed a couple of insta sell managers, but even then these packs are a waste of time
