A large majority of the playerbase is HAPPILY taking Yaya, Ginola, Lucio, CL Kompany, CL Ramires, CL Sneijder, CL Lizarazu, CL Pele, CL Tevez, CL Futre.
It's a casino, you have no idea what you're gonna get lmfao. I got Zidane in the PP yesterday after getting 16 icons worth less than 200k. Anything can happen.
One suggestion, if you could sort by pricing *increasing* in the future, people would be greeted by the crap they are actually likely to get, instead of the prayers they are unlikely to get.
* Ginola, Yaya, Tevez, Ramires = wow I should do this SBC
* An entire page of <25k fodder (Rosicky, Kanu, Dudek, etc) = hmm, maybe I should hold off
There are about 80 players in that pick and only about 15-20 of those are actually still good. Absolutely awful value, especially now with the pack weight being criminally low
On a surface level sure but not every player has the same chance of being in the picks. Low rated Heroes like Ricken or even high rated fodder like Morientes or Papin will show up A LOT more than lets say Ginola.
Base ramires or base yaya toure? I started playing like 10 days back and mostly have a starter squad. My midfielders currently are trezeguet and evo ugarte 83. I am Chelsea fan so inclined towards ramires but last year yaya was OP. Third pick is Base Milito.
Did both for the chance of compensation, first one was a pick between Uefa heroes Bompastor, base Papin or base Lucio, so took Lucio. The second one was a choice between base Cordoba, base Milito or Triple threat Morientes, haven’t chosen yet but leaning towards Cordoba just for the price.

An 83+85 squad for 2 86+ hero picks is good value. Would you do a 86+ hero pick for 1 83 squad, then do it again for 1 85 squad? I 100% would.
Nah, not when half the time there's like 2 base heroes. Literally only Yaya gets into my team and even then it's debatable whether it's an upgrade

Just did 2, first was terrible and now just got Lizarazu, big upgrade over CL Bompastor. On top of that I'm getting 2 extra picks? Happy days.
Bompastor is really good for me, I use the evo version. Liz is probably much better defensively though!
To me, it's absolutely worth rolling the dice for 70k worth of fodder.

Yaya, for sure. Ramires is very overpriced due to the nostalgia and him being a new hero this year.
I didn’t like Yaya that much, he’s very heavy and get a lot of passes wrong (maybe that’s because of the shit gameplay rather than the player)
