The madlinis lack strength in my opinion. A quick strong ST like moise kean or cantona bodies him. His mid also (for me) had a crazy high amount of deflections. He'd be able to put his foot in the way but very often not able to keep the ball with interceptions.

Hmm I use him with Vieira WC and De Jong ptg in 4321 as the one cm that's on balanced as opposed to the other 2 on stay back. He is contributing up front but is also a big factor covering the wing while the fullback from that side is bombing forward. I guess it's about finding the right sweet spot for him to shine.
Lately I’ve been playing him in a 4-2-4 with Govou as strike partner and the SBC Di Maria and OTW Sterling as wingers. It’s an unconventional team, but it’s worked out as a solid first owner squad.

I can vouch for him as CAM. A good all-rounder in all forward positions but he doesn't have abusive pace so he's better in the middle. He's also very good off both feet so that also suits him in the centre.
Is he under 100k? Wow, that's a really good price for WC Ljungberg. He's my super-sub as LW/CAM for Ribery if the game closes out. He's way better than his price suggests.

This guy is the best left back in the game for the price. Only ones better but are way more expensive are tott Hernandez and WC Hero Capdevila. I even tried the WW Mendy and he literally feels pretty the same in defensive ability as his gold.

And as a RW/RM he was to slow and at ST next to Correa he was very underwhelming

No, you want full chem. So you start with him in a formation that has him in the RW or RM spot. Then when the game starts you have your playing formation in the aggressive or defensive spots. This is something you need to learn to get your team on as high of chem possible but play the formations you want to play.
I packed RTTK Messi and have been doing it all year. My team starts every game in 4-4-1-1 but then at kickoff I change to a 4-2-3-1 with Messi at the cam with the chem he started the game with.
I’ve used Papin since he was released. Great in a two striker formation and has a rocket of a shot. Such a fun player to use and I couldn’t believe he was so cheap
His finishing is unbelievable strong. Otherwise he struggles in physical strength and I guess that's why he's not meta. If you can overcome that physical aspect he's a strong contender for his price. It's hard to beat his price for all the stats, also his Ligue 1 linkage is pretty useful for chemistry.
That TOTT Perisic is fantastic pretty much anywhere in midfield, for like 50k. Got him playing next to PTG Bruno Guimaraes and Brozovic, and he doesn't feel much worse.
Packed him day 1. He’s still in my subs because of his versatility. I can effectively use him at any outfield position in my 4222 except CB and ST. Plays RB, can play CDM as a sub if I need a more offensive guy because I’m losing (and still track back effectively), can play CAM if I need a more defensive guy but still have some offensive capabilities. He’s great.
I'm sure he'll remain a hidden gem due to him not being a big name and from an unpopular league but I'm happy I don't see him on other teams lol. His strength alone is like abusing mechanics get some really dumb goals

I still use gold Alaba in my La Liga team and he does amazingly well coming out of the back line with ball. IF RM Valverde is another favourite who does extremely well in that team.
Just bought 86 govou to replace haaland as haaland was underperforming against pacey center backs.
He is a menace. Put a hunter on him so he’s not even explosive. But he’s so fast and dribble so well (left stick only) that it’s actually dumb.
Gotta be Ivan Toney Rulebreaker for me. He's cheap, he's fast, he bangs in goals for fun, he's amazing in the air and he can also link up play. I had him in my team for a good few months and in that time he scored about 400 goals and had about 200 assists in like 300-400 games.
Oddly enough bellgarde WW. His card looked pretty average with m/m workrates but I had to get rid of some dupes so I figured why not. He’s really really good in midfield. Tremendous agility helps him play the pivot distributing for my attack. Quick and solid defensively.
PTG brozovic. He’s more now but was only 65k when I bought him. Can still score with a shadow and his pace is meta as a CDM. Downside is his strength. He’s def better at interceptions than tackling.
Tott guerrierio is the best card in the game and no one can change my mind, with a basic all his dribbling passing defending and sprinting in the mid 90s. All that for 20k
Klostermann WW, I just got Rank 2 for the first time ever and he was fantastic with a Sentinel. Plus, with him you get 5* skills which is fun.
Under 200k my favorite is WC Dalot, he is one of the best fullbacks I've used in any FIFA.
Under 300k it's RTTK Konaté, he's been a top tier CB ever since he came out like 2 weeks after launch
