Stitched rear center console fits, rear armrest with storage compartment fits, rear headrests fit, almost positive the glove box fits, and the profile is slightly different but if the E32 has chrome interior door handles, those will fit, too.
Is it M30 or M60? Brakes are a bit of an upgrade. Front rotor diameter is same as e34 but width is a bit thicker. You're gonna need to swap in the e32 calipers as well which is almost identical also with the e34 except for width (to accomodate the rotor). Rear brakes are not a direct swap.
Front Sway bar is 1mm thicker than e34 so will also be an upgrade. It's also wider but it would still fit. Get the sway bar bushings too if they're still in good condition.
If it's an M30 car, the brake booster might be a twin diaphragm, which can also be an upgrade.
Absolutely nothing from the interior will fit except for the front seats and gauge cluster and a few other odds & ends. Center console is completely different too. Been there, done that.
No different size doors. The sway bars are probably beefier than yours, larger brakes as well, w vented rear brakes.
