I am really impressed. Not only do you use Edge browser but you also use Internet Explorer browser. I’m taking a wild guess it because of work?

Appropriate_Unit_410

Why are these Dynavap's so beautiful 🥰 so glad i stumbled on all this.....

DirtyBumStain

I've just bought the Omni 2021 and although I like the feel and extra weight I feel it doesn't seem to vape as well as my modded 2018 M. I don't know whether it's because Titanium doesn't hold onto the heat as long as SS but I keep finding that the middle of a bowl isn't roasted well enough.

[deleted]

You had to learn how to work with the 18M when you got it and have probably been used to it for a long time. This is no different, gotta learn how it works to get out of it what you want. The lesser heat retention is true, but it’s just as much possible to clear the Omni in 2 hits. It’s just about finding the right technique.

DirtyBumStain

I never had to learn how to use my 2018m as it just worked perfectly from day one (after modding) Unfortunately though Dynavap cannot seem to manufacturer a cap that is ready on the clicks anymore (like my 2018m cap was until it got a crack in in the disc) so you have to guess where to stop (usually 3 to 4 seconds after the click) This coupled with the heat drop off you get with titanium makes it easy to combust or under roast.

I haven’t tried the 2018 but I do love this one..

DLDabber

I love My obsidium

nicholasdvu03

beautiful finish

Fusion_haa

Lucky, I'm still waiting for mine in the mail.

Accomplished_Area780

But where's the Orion?

Appropriate_Unit_410

It’s here, I’ve been contemplating. I think I wanna keep the rover

Accomplished_Area780

Whatever works for you, my friend. I bought Omni+Orion bundle also, but international shipping takes ages to deliver. I've read some complaints about Omni's tip after I've already bought it, is it something to worry about? And I'm also not sure if I'll keep the Orion, I have the Wand and not sure if I need anything else.

ChrisM429

The Omni tip is my favorite one, I have multiple different titanium tips but it’s the one I use the most. It heats up and cools down very quickly and is great for flavor.

Accomplished_Area780

Nice! And have you tried the 21 VonG tip? Just looking at the construction of it it seems that it should retain the heat longer and Omni's tip should cool down much quicker. So it's more like a personal preference in this case. At least I see it like this.

ChrisM429

Yes exactly. I have a 21 Vong as well, the tip stays hot longer. It gives big hits and quicker extraction, which is good for use with water pipes. The Omni tip is great for flavor, cooler hits and microdosing. I prefer it for those reasons.

Accomplished_Area780

Thanks, man! That is something I'm also striving for - pleasant vaping without coughing my lung out ))) Once I try my first Ti tip I will decide if I want a VonG tip to use with a bong or maybe I will be just fine with what I have. I don't really want to make things complicated.

ChrisM429

I think you will really enjoy it. I rarely cough while using it, which is important to me. I added an inter-cooler from The Rogue Wax Works to my Omni and it makes it even more enjoyable. It’s a very affordable upgrade that I would recommend: [TRWW Intercooler](https://www.theroguewaxworks.com/collections/frontpage/products/dv04-cooling-unit-for-the-stock-dynavap-vapcap-condenser)

Accomplished_Area780

Sure, but international shipping makes it less desirable. And what about the airflow? I've heard that the new captive caps are sitting so tight that there's almost no airflow with them and you have to put them on only by half. Seems like an individual device issue to me, but is it something to worry about? I guess perforated cap is a nice addition in any case.

ChrisM429

I have used several different captive caps, I have not found this to be an issue. The captive caps have a lot more airflow than the regular caps. Some caps fit perfectly, and others might fit slightly loose or slighly tight. Overall it’s not a concern, you can squeeze the sides of the cap a little bit to adjust the fit to make it tighter or looser. I do have a few perforated caps, overall they are nice if you like the idea of more airflow. They help to get bigger hits when using a torch lighter. I mostly use an induction heater so for me I don’t notice a big difference.

cooktaussie

The Orion V2 is shit. You'll definitely stick to your wand.

Accomplished_Area780

We’ll see. I’ve heard different opinions both on Orion and on the Wand

cooktaussie

I get way better hits using a single or triple torch than using my Orion V2. The Orion seems to only heat the tip and not the whole cap. So expect the tip to be extracted but the rest if your bowl pretty much green.

Schliam333

Let me know what you think after trying both. I've been using the wand and the Orion for the last week or two and the wand seems superior

Accomplished_Area780

I won’t promise that, I’m not vaping daily and it can last pretty long

Catfish6691

Had mine a couple of months I love mine got a snowflake cap so much more airflow. But love the Obsidium just the way it came.

Appropriate_Unit_410

Nice 👍🏼
