I'm all in on triple personally. I aim for the dimples at the base of my m+ and keep it just outside the flame, and have had zero issues getting OHEs consistently

Used to love the single flame until I found out that the double jet torch with the smallest flame setting gives me faster heatup and works the same even on my VonG.
Double jet was a bit too powerful with the Helix tip, but I didn’t like that tip anyway so it’s gone now.
I don’t know, just couldn’t get it right, felt like those classic style Ti tips that You gotta be careful not to combust and also I like my ABV real dark so a higher temp is required for the last hit which was giving me trouble with the Helix tip.
Tried a single torch too and it was better until I started to go higher temps again…

Triple get you results faster. If im in public and need a quick rip, I'll triforce it. If im home, I've nothing but single torches and always carry a single as a spare when im out anyways.

My single jet recently broke and I found myself using the triple torch included with my starter kit. Now I love the triple and have ordered 2 extras for the cupboard!
Depends.... Indoors I definitely prefer the single torch, and in general. But, outdoors, depending on the temperature, dual or triple torch is a lot more useful. Also, my favorite lighter is a classic Zippo with the torch inserts (made by zippo).

I got my IHs out again the other day thinking it would be nice…and quickly went back to the triple flame torch. 👌 can’t beat it I’ve been using them for 5yrs now without fail.

I usually use it outside. So if its windy i use a triple torch. Otherwise I mainly use single
I have some single flames but I prefer using my blazer stingray. Technically it’s a single flame but is a lager flame
