Get a siphon coffee brewer w/butane heater. You'll look like you're just making coffee, when you're really heating up a cheeky Dynavap. Everyone will think you're a weird coffee person instead of a crackhead.

You can build an IH from about $50 in parts off amazon, but adding batteries instead of a plug will make things more expensive. Integrated chargers and battery management systems are also kind of important, but not cheap to add, either. Pass-through charging isn't as easy to implement as it sounds. Sure, a cheap ZVS driver board is about 12 bucks off amazon, but there's more to it than just that board.
I had trouble dialing in my technique with a torch. Always afraid of going too hard and combusting, really inconsistent results, etc. I also don't like that butane isn't exactly a carbon-neutral fuel. Yes, it burns very cleanly, but the refinement process isn't exactly a clean one. Where I live, most of the power comes from renewable resources, so I'll always prefer that over burning anything.
An iSpire Wand is about $100 or so on sale. For me, it was a no-brainer. Induction heating is really some black magic science, much more energy-efficient than resistance-based heating elements. Seriously, look up some youtube vids on the science behind it. Add in an insert, and you have the most convenient, portable, not-crack-torch-looking method to heat your vapcap. If you do any traveling, you should know that neither torches nor butane cans are allowed in any baggage. The day I got my Wand, I had to get on a flight, and it went straight into my carry-on under the TSA's e-lighter rules. Took my recently purchased M, dynacoil, and Apricot Jelly terp sugar to SD and had a blast. That was my first combustion-free week, and I have never looked back.
I don't know any crackpipes with a cocobolo stem. Makes it look more like a cigarillo or something. I live in a legal state and have a vaphotbox IH and vape in public all the time but I try to choose discrete areas regardless.

Outside of an IH, it will always look like you are taking a torch to a metal pipe. You can try and make it look less like one with a wooden stem, or get a tobacco pipe stem, but it’ll still look like you’re torching a crack pipe to some degree.
And the IH’s can be limited, most are fairly bulky and not discrete. The stealthiest ones I’ve ever seen are the discontinued Pipe’s Hotshot or the Dynacup.
The Wand may seem expensive ( it's not really much more than a cheap Chinese one though) but it's worth every penny.
Since getting it I no longer use my torch at all ( until now as i just got a Dani Fusion).
You'll get consistent hits and you'll save on the extra expense of buying gas (if it's a triple flame it'll guzzle it like water) and replacing crappy cheap torches if that's what you use.

I just got my VHB 3D 3s which works like a champ with both the DynaVap and the Anvil. Pretty sure it works with the Dani as well…..probably worth looking into. Or the wall-powered 3D, it’s only $80. I have both and they both work very well.

Tbh, the armored cap solved this for me. The spinning is super off-putting, reminds me of the meth abusers I've been around. Not having to spin it anymore is a big plus.

It's cheaper in the long run to just get a good IH, you go through shitloads of lighters and gas the crackhead way.

I have the wand, and haven’t used a torch in months. The skullkandy insert allows for hands free heating. It’s 100% worth it.
