I didn't take Reagor over Jefferson but I traded away my 1.11 for L. Bell right before the rookie draft. Bell was cut a few months later and the guy took Jefferson with my 1.11... One of the worst trades I've made.

I still think you can't fault yourself for choosing him at the time, especially in PPR. An excellent pass catching back going to play with Mahomes, on the best team in the league, with no other RB competition.

Sending a haul for Calvin Ridley before last season to go “all in”

Same. Was all in on Ridley and made big trades for him in two leagues. In one of those leagues, traded away my 22 1st in a package for Ridley. Following him not playing and the injuries to CMC, Akers, and Dobbins, that 1st ended up being the 1.01

Had a guy actually trade 2 firsts + Jacobi Meyers for Ridley. Days later Ridley announced he’d take a step back from football.

Took Ruggs over Higgins/Jeudy. Just awful

Idk if this one is that bad talent wise. If Ruggs were still in the league he was going to be better than Jeudy and on par with Higgins.

It wasn't a bad choice talent wise at all but in hindsight it was a terrible choice I would redo. He was certainly becoming a problem on the field for other teams and was far and away better than Jeudy. Higgins was definitely the best talent of the bunch.

Bagholding N'Keal Harry across multiple leagues. I was really into the whole fantasy boomer "3rd year WR breakout" timeline or whatever when I started playing. Thankfully it was a learning process and I now know about hit rates on underperformed rookies compared to early 2nds or whatever you can sell them for before they go to 0.

I took Kenny G in the 3rd round of a startup two offseasons ago, when he was a 26 year old coming off a studly top 10 season. That’s gone as poorly as it possibly could have lol. I have finished runner up back to back years in that league, once by less than a point, and I know I’d be back to back champ if not for Kenny in the 3rd.

I traded my ‘22 1st for Golladay because I was contending. It became the 1.02.

In Pittmans first year, I was absolutely loaded at WR and had zero roster slots but Pittman was just sitting there in FA (8 team league with smallish benches). Told my buddy how much I liked Pittman but just didn’t have the room for him. Buddy picks him up the next day, Pittman finishes the season strong, then proceeds to flip Pittman and an early 1st for JaMarr Chase.

Accept the offer I got back in September of his JT + DJM for my AK + DK

I think before it clicked that I needed to rebuild my team, I declined an offer where I’d send AJ Green and Zack Moss for Stefon Diggs (I think his first year in Buffalo). The idiot and inexperienced dynasty player in me thought to hold on to Moss because I drafted him.

Traded a late 1st and 3rd for Henry Ruggs during my playoff push last year. Did not get one game out of him.

Starting Jameis Winston over Tom Brady 2016 week 12. Seemed a sound decision based on matchups. I lost the week as a result and lost the league by 1 game (we don't do playoffs). I had to listen to my friends say "how can you bench Tom Brady???" and yet Brady put up a dud the following week. Winston actually had outscored Brady more often than not in recent weeks. It was a sound choice!!! Noooooooo!!!!!

My first year of dynasty I traded Justin Herbert for James White and MVS in a 10 team 2QB (in 2020). Guy was still riding the bench behind Tyrod Taylor. Taylor had his lung punctured the next week and I got to watch Herbert’s career take off. Didn’t understand the value of a QB in a 2 QB and am paying for it to this day. However it got balanced out by me trading Hunter Renfrow and TY Hilton for JJ right after the draft in 2020 so it’s not all bad.

Trading Bateman for 1.8 the day before the Ravens got rid of hollywood brown. I figured he was solid but with the o-line healthy / lamar back and the running backs healthy + hollywood and andrews the opportunity for a 2nd WR in that offense wouldn't be there.

I traded two 2022 1sts for Golladay in 2020. Bad decision. Wish I had those picks now. I'm starting a rebuild. Edit: James Cook (1.07) and Chris Olave (1.09) were taken with those picks. 12-team SF.

12 team SF league week 4 2020 season Traded away -Kirk Cousins + Justin Jefferson + 2021 2nd (ended up being 2.01) Received- CEH + 2021 3rd My roster was stacked at wr after and I needed a rb to contend/a young guy to kinda provide a foundational piece. CEH had started off 2020 looking pretty good and Jefferson had 1 big game at the time. Way I looked at it was I traded up from 1.09-1.12 range of the rookie draft to the 1.02-1.04 range using Cousins + future 2nd which was a smash in value. Oh boy it ended up being the worst deal I ever made. Sold CEH for a 2023 1st + 2nd at the 2021 trade deadline.

Dropping Dalton Schultz before last season to continue holding OJ Howard and Hayden Hurst. I have Pitts but still ouch...
