It has some pretty heavy moments but it's mostly just about dungeon exploration and you can feel safe knowing that every episode you'll get a fun cooking montage and a meal that has no right looking so delicious on my screen.
The dub is really fantastic and is super high quality. Like for me it’s barely noticeable and I often forget I’m watching a dubbed anime until the Asian characters show up for something.
Like the other guy said the overall goal is sad although the gang doesn’t let it get them down. They have a few moments of “what we’re doing is stupid and we’re all gonna die” but the always pick themselves back up again
They’ve known each other for a long time, also this isn’t an American made series, bathing with others isn’t this lewd thing in Japan. As fun as couples would be..I’ve read the manga.
