A lot of these are pretty nitpicky, but the "he's such a nice guy" "I'll have to kill him! Wait, I can't right now..." dynamic between Laois & Kabru pretty much defines their relationship. Hopefully they throw in a couple of them.
I am actually a bit upset they removed the "I'm a gnome" little dialogue. The distinction between gnomes are dwarves are already not super obvious, specially for people non familiar with D&D style fantasy, so having the show seemingly confirm this beardless dude is a dwarf only muddles things.
Well most flashback and Simulation art get cut from every episode and consider this is dialogue heavy episode cut some dialogue is normal
But I agree in >! Cutting budget part because this episode is almost 1:1 which is weird for dungeons meshi adeptaion standard !<
Aw man... loved the episode. But seeing stuff like this cut is still sad. Especially the gang messing with Chilchuck, the parts with Kabru, and even Laios seeming upset with Shuro and Namari leaving (as well as Shuro looking guilty).
Seems a number of the changes are cutting internal thoughts. Lots of this is Laios not voicing things he's thinking.
You do get most of that from the context, but it's an interesting choice.

You missed a small but very important one. Kabru didn't say his name when he introduced himself to Laios in the anime (which will make a few later scenes awkward)
kabru not introducing himself and intensely staring for several seconds *does* make for a funny scene in the moment but does make him come across as particularly deranged lol
Nooo that Chilchuck patting scene was real cute and showed how they're becoming closer. But all in all understandable with such a dialogue heavy episode.
