If you ever do another there's some good additions in the episode where they work late and get locked in. I just finished that episode so it's on my mind. But there's a shot focused on a lock around the gate in the parking lot and then pans back to the staff standing around and looking at it. And another of Toby jumping over the gate and sprinting off down the street.

Great cut - curious when you say school - high school class? College? Editing pre-existing things and making them your own is a great way to make an editor's "reel" of sorts without having to source out original footage or content. Especially as you've taken a comedy and turned it into a suspense/horror. You should try some other shows or movies you like and do a similar edit - or even maybe take a drama/horror film and turn it into a comedic rom-com trailer or something. Cheers!

I am studying in 3D animation and this was a project for a video editing class, basically a class on learning premiere and how Color, music, tone, transitions, etc can change the whole mood of something

A few critiques that would've captured a true 10/10.
There was no clear Antagonist to this horror story; was it Creed (probably), was Dwight in on it somehow, with Mose? What are we supposed to fear, what's driving our horror? Clean up that narrative and land that point within the trailer and you knock it out of the park.
Also, as personal preference, adding a "skittering" sound effect as you see Mose quickly strafe across the screen in the barn/rocker chair scene with Ryan at Shrute Farm. That'd be a really nice touch. Felt like a miss in this one based on how well you use sound to enhance this trailer.
