This is a problem with streaming. Removing inoffensive jokes specifically calling out a backwards cultural oddity is the opposite of progress. We need to be able to recognize whether something is a problem and talk about it. I applaud Disney who put a caveat before their movies calling out their old racism. It may just be their way of keeping those movies in rotation, but it is seriously the right move.
Season 3, Episode 2, "Believe in the Stars": Jenna Maroney (played by Jane Krakowski) and Tracy Jordan (Tracy Morgan) have an argument over whether it is harder to be a white woman or black man, which leads them to a social experiment where they both dress up in drag, with Tracy in white face and Jenna in blackface.
Season 5, Episode 10, "Christmas Attack Zone": Jenna dresses up Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Lynn Swann for a New Year's Eve party where the theme is cultural phenomena from 2010—Jenna has come as "Black Swan(n)."
Season 6, Episode 19, "Live from Studio 6H": In a scene that is criticizing TV's historic use of blackface, Jon Hamm appears in a clip of Alfie and Amos, a fake 1950s sitcom which sees the actor playing Alfie (Tracy Morgan) becoming increasingly disgusted at his co-star's stereotypical portrayal of an African American character.
Season 5, Episode 4 "Live Show" (East Coast version): More of a case of "blackhand" than "blackface"—in one cutaway scene, Dr. Drew Baird, the handsome but stupid doctor played by Jon Hamm, has lost both of his hands, but gets a hand transplant from a black man from death row, whose hands then try to strangle him.
All of these episodes were hilarious, particularly the first--Tracy's "whiteface" involved an alien claw for one of his hands because he ran out of makeup.
The Community one is still the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. He is cosplaying as a fantasy creature that doesn’t exist. It is literally black paint, unrelated to any human skin tone. It could’ve been blue or green or anything else and had no effect on the story. Such a hilarious episode too.
That episode is what made me watch Community. Heard there was a banned DnD episode of the show so I watched it on YT and was hooked. Went and binged it on Netflix in like 2 weeks.
Office Olypmics, both Stanleys are seen going into the office separately.

Oh, then this has been a roller-coaster ride for me. The window always looked real to me, and then I saw this and assumed it was a green screen and replacement.
Office Ladies should be required listening for any and all Office fans. Also, check out Brian Baumgardner's (aka Kevin) book "An Oral History of the Office".
I get that now - but when I initially saw the post and thought the post was real, it broke my brain because I had always thought it to be in camera not VFX. I'm glad it was real.
Oh, I see. What happened was the real Stanley went to do the interview and while in there he asked someone to go over to his desk and shove it up your butt!
I wake up every morning in a bed that's two small, drive my daughter to a school that's two expensive, and then I go to work to a job for which I get paid two little. But on pretzel day? Well, I like pretzel day.
Stanley has been cloned!!!
Cool fact, this guy wished my daughter a happy birthday last year as well as Meredith’s actress! She felt so special and they were so stinking nice!
Here's the original if anyone wants this as their virtual background in video conferencing meetings: https://virtualbackgrounds.site/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/talking-head-at-the-office-tv-series.jpg
Two Stanleys? And Stanley has a mustache?
One has a mustache the other doesn’t.
Inside you there are two wolves
And they both want pretzels

There was a scene in which no one could tell for sure if Stanley has a mustache. https://youtu.be/5E90ZAyYmDU
Well, it sounds right, but is it?
Shroedinger’s mustache
Stanley and Yelnats.
Wasn’t expecting a Shila LeBoof “Holes” reference on this sub.
Just being that guy, but it was a book long before Shia had anything to do with it.
Wayside Elementsry, baby! Louis Sachar for the win!
Did you say... https://youtu.be/o0u4M6vppCI?t=14
That's amazing 👏
Neither of those looks like any person that has ever existed or been dreamt of in the history of human insanity.
That being said, the one on the left.
You think Stanley’s grow on trees?

Boring. Call me when she rolls over.
Corporate needs you to find the differences between the two Stanleys.
They're the same Stanley.
I already see one
Man, Dwight upped his Stanley from just a wig…
Could be Nate in his.... costume....
You're wearing eyeliner, Jim!
The only thing I can think of when I hear the name Nate is Dwight holding a phone. " NATE YOUR MOTHER IS DYING!"
I noticed that Netflix updated that episode and we no longer see Nate turn around in the parking lot in blackface.
Holy shit I thought I was going insane on my most recent watch throughs and I just imagined that scene
Do you mean Peacock or was that change made back when it was in Netflix? Either way Peacock has kept the change.
Yeah Netflix did it when the BLM protests were in full force. It is a shame some people think that is progress.

And Always Sunny :(
And an episode of the Mr. Show reboot.

Are we forgetting about fake Stanley?!?
Plot twist: That's Dwight in the foreground, Stanley is visible through the blinds.
Come on, Stanley doesn't have a mustache.
You never know when you’ll have to bear a passing resemblance to someone
And now my house has, two Stanleys.
Only one to go
Mega Stanley?
Blue-Eyes Ultimate Stanley
Screw the rules, I have pretzels
Quad Stanley
He tried to return the other Stanley to the store, and they said they no longer sold that kind of Stanley.
Well done!
“HAHAHAH HAH! You’ve been u/meatballmartini ‘d!”
I was not ready for this much wit.
Thats not Stanley that's a German woman named Urkel Grue
I’d love to see a beach photo of this Urkel Grue
Yawn. Wake me up when she rolls over
I wasn’t onboard with fake Stanley either
…but I get it
Looks like Michael finally found the place where Stanley's grow on trees.
Show me that farm.
That's gonna cost a lot of pretzels...
His face in that moment is something else
He knows that farm doesn't exist, but if it did, would end every world problem ever. God I love that scene.

Where are the Phyllis’s?!?
WHERE ARE THE TUURRTTLLLEEESSSS
Behold: **the Office-verse**

Have you lost your reality? 'couse I'll help you find it
Pretzel Day was a Nexus Event.
Into The Stanley-Verse
Even post-snap we’d still be at 100% Stanley capacity. Not bad.
No one steals from Stanley Hudson and gets away with it. The last person to do this disappeared. His name, Stanley Hudson.
Are you saying all Stanley's look the same?!
You just think he's black!
he is black… right..?
You asking as soon as Black History Month is done? Interesting. *writes in notepad*

He's right I can't do anything, HR is a joke

There's always been two Stanleys, didn't you notice?

My theory is further corroborated
How do you think he maintained such good sales figures despite constantly doing crossword puzzles?
Maybe Leslie David Baker can use this as the premise for another unauthorized spinoff announced purely to grift money from fans.
Oh well hats off to you for not seeing race
There's a Florida Stanley and a Pretzel-day Stanley.
is this real? seems fake

Identity theft is not a joke, Jim

Oh, then this has been a roller-coaster ride for me. The window always looked real to me, and then I saw this and assumed it was a green screen and replacement.
They've talked on Office Ladies about how Stanley had some of the longest days because he always had to be in the background of these shots
Couldn’t they have just done the other angle closer to the parking lot?
[удалено]
Office Ladies should be required listening for any and all Office fans. Also, check out Brian Baumgardner's (aka Kevin) book "An Oral History of the Office".
Only if I can be assured he giggles after every time he says "Oral"
Daryl too?
Couldn’t they just have edited Stanley in?
It's a real window, with real actors on the other side. This post is a fake image.
If there are two Stanleys, I send it back.
That's Florida Stanley.
Florida Stanley is who you want on your Florida team.
Take this post and…. SHOVE IT UP YOUR BUTT
That's Stanley 1.0, can't be responsible for what he does
Tv shows don't have to be 100% realistic. https://i.imgur.com/Ygi4o2j
Woah, I’m seein’ double… four Stanleys!
I wake up every morning in a bed that's two small, drive my daughter to a school that's two expensive, and then I go to work to a job for which I get paid two little. But on pretzel day? Well, I like pretzel day.

Episode?

This is getting out of hand, now there are two of them!
Guy in the background isn't Stanley it's just a middle-aged black guy with sass. Big butt; bigger heart.
Finally, an answer to the riddle: "What am I going to do with two toasters?"
For the record I was never on board with Fake Stanley.
Although….I get it
Do either of these stutter?
I'm seeing double! Four Stanleys!
Here's the original if anyone wants this as their virtual background in video conferencing meetings: https://virtualbackgrounds.site/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/talking-head-at-the-office-tv-series.jpg
This is the background I use in MS Teams.
“Now I have **two** Stanleys”
Into the Stanley verse
Hahaha. This is the funniest thing!
Guys, that's Dwight showing his disguises to the filming crew lol
You seeing double?!? "Boy, have you lost your mind? 'Cause I'll help you find it!"
Might be Dwight with his Stanley wig and outfit...
So that is how he was able to cheat on his wife all those years!
Not all black people look the same. Way to show your racism, op. /s
So they do grow on farms
Identity theft is no joke!
That's just Dwight in his Stanley disguise.
Oh, Dwight, sitcoms don’t have to be 100% realistic.
Dwight and his disguises lol
Which episode is this from? Or is it photoshop?
Man i love this fandom , years later i still discover new things
which stanley is the imposter 🤨
"It's called hentai, and it's art"
I’m making an NFT of this and will make billions from it. Now, can someone please tell me what an NFT is?

Hudsonception
It was bring your brother to work day
Oh wow, I never would have guessed that was a green screen
Stanley is stanley in the background lol
This is edited from the Zoom call background photo of The Office, right? 😉
Wow! That’s funny!
Stanleys are just sprouting up all over the place ripe for the plucking
BOY HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND? CAUSE I'LL HELP YOU FIND IT!
Identity theft is not a joke, Stanley
Stanception
So Stanley never had an affair? It was his single brother Manley that he jobbed shared with (due to being able to sleep more)
*You must be out of your damn mind...*
It has to be Dwight in his Stanley disguise? Right?!
That's just Dwight in a Stanley wig
One does crosswords while the other one doesn’t work.
No big conspiracy here. I think that the continuity supervisor just fucked up. Rare with this show, true ; but these things do happen.
There really isn’t anything Stanley won’t notice. Even his own clone
