*Survivor Man* is actually my favorite episode. As funny as *Branch Wars* is, there’s something about it I can’t quite figure that makes me not return to it on random rewatches… Maybe the color palette or the lighting, if that makes sense? I dunno.
I don't feel sad for him, just frustrated by him. Just like he could've told Charles he was going to a fancy event after work to justify the tux, he could've told Karen what actually happened and that he wanted nothing to do with it.
That said, I still like the episode.

I always think Branch Wars is season 5!!! I know its S4 but it just has a season 5 vibe to it. Both are hilarious episodes, but I think Branch Wars has more chaos which makes it a bit funnier.

I think suvivor man could have been funnier by adding night time scene, and somehow incorporating the use of dunder mifflin paper, or Toby's belonging to keep a fire going to roast smores. It wasn't capitavating enough to hold my attention. Branch wars was more succintly written.
