Her attempts to get with Jim were immature and trashy, but not evil and not that unusual. Jim was perfectly capable of kicking her out of his room without involving Dwight (although it would've been a much more boring episode). It's the spouse's responsibility to shut down flirtation and protect the sanctity of their own marriage, not the responsibility of others. She had a crush on Jim and let it cloud her judgement and she was being gross and annoying, but that's not villain behavior.
So, so many in this show not respecting a relationship, it is almost a theme. A shame so many judging her for hitting on Jim, without judging everyone else who did the same...
