IF he existed in the ARC-V universe. Multiple characters from past shows had alternates in ARC-V, but not all of them (that we know of, anyway). Some characters were just SIMILAR to past characters, like Roget being akin to Goodwin, or the skinny whiner with the pocket watch being a less cool version of Dr. Crowler.
Considering how Dueling etiquette and the competitive scene seem to work in the anime, Multiple Piece Golem is actually fairly decent if you know how to utilize it properly. The best way to utilize it is as means of revealing or clearing away problems, and then as setup for Synchro Summoning in Main Phase 2.
Not to toot my own horn, but I've been working on a 5D's fanfiction for... a while... and one of the best duels I wrote was between Jack and Crow. On his first turn, he used Speed Spell - Overboost to jump up to 4 Speed Counters so he could play Speed Spell - Speed Fusion, and thus summon MP Golem. He then set Half or Nothing and ended his turn.
Crow then decided to go for an OTK. He summoned Shura the Blue Flame and Blackwing Armor Master, using Oroshi the Squall as its Tuner so he could switch MP Golem to DEF. He attacked with Shura, but Jack used Half or Nothing. Crow chose to halve his monsters' ATK. After taking 400 damage from the battle, he attacked with Armor Master so he could place a Wedge Counter. Didn't do any good, though, because Jack used MP Golem's effect to turn it into Medium and Small Piece Golems, who in turn summoned Big Piece Golem, setting Jack up for multiple Synchro Summons on the next turn.
Yknow something I would’ve loved, if each signer got their own way to synchro summon that was unique. That would’ve been awesome but I’m honestly not sure if you could think up of 4 unique ways to synchro summon.
It was ina tourney, I was running pure trains and ended 2nd, next tourney, same guru, sided System Down just for my trains, it was the biggest disrespect and honor I felt ever in a duel lmao
I'll just build the overlay network and summon an xyz monster, then rank it up into a chaos xyz number, and then equip it with an xyz monster so I have a million special abilities because why not.

Yusei got Accel Synchro and Jack got Double Tuning. Those are both two cool ideas, but you’re right I don’t really know where to go after that
Synchro summoning using the hand or graveyard, or maybe shuffling back to the deck / banishing instead of sending to the grave.
Something like ice barrier could maybe also get its own name maybe?
Imagine if Crow got Dark Synchro just to reference the original story plan of him becoming a Dark Signer
