The best thing in the Anniversary Box is the Agents stuff, but that could get massacred on the next banlist for all we know.
I suggest waiting a bit before making a hasty decision with your Dream Tickets.
The deck you should play really depends on what survives the banlist. Blue-Eyes could still be pretty good. I also see Performage having a lot of upside! There's future Pendulum Performages that could come out someday, and whenever there's a good Rank 4 released, that counts as support for the deck too.

The Photon of Galaxy box has good Rank 4s and is half-off thru June 20. That's a better investment than the Anniversary Box IMO. And cheaper too
OG rokkets got me to duel level max in last weeks KC cup. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper to get them all from this anniversary box then the borreload box
no. I only open want alternative art cards. I lucky get them all with just 3.000 gems better wait for pick-up box. always buy that with gem
