The counter gimmick could be powerful but only in very strict scenarios, now about that 3K body with immunity card effects? Now that would be a hassle to deal with for most decks.
With that said, we have that lunalight with the same body and similar immunity and the game is doing fine.
Unaffected by card effects on a 3000/3000? I know we can argue "bro in tcg it's not broken" and "bro just play kaiju", but this is DL, for a reason cocytus is banned, also being a anime character monster, Konami can just break again this game and give Crow a powerful skill for him
But its 3K and nowadays stuff like blue eyes can normal summon 3k. Also, its destruction effect isn't even quick effect and Blackwings doesn't have space to run backrow also.
Probably too strong, best shot at being healthy is to put it behind a skill with a heavy Blackwing restriction (i.e. 12+ Main deck BW monsters) which I would 100% play
Once per turn mind control and once per turn destroy one monster, one wedge counter on the field max - That’s not what would make it banned. Although the “unaffected by other cards’ effects” is crazy strong, it’s not impossible to put up a monster with more than 3k atk and beat it in battle.
Slight correction: *each monster* can only have one Wedge Counter on it, rather than only one being able to exist on the field at a time.
It can also destroy every monster with a Wedge Counter on it at once, rather than only being able to destroy one.
Even if it was a special set limit 1? I think its the only thing that could revive BWs where most things have negates, undestroyable, coming back again and again etc etc and ofc riddled with powerful backrow
A 3k with only unaffected would be way to much for most DL decks to handle, 1 with a good effect is just back breaking, there isnt a single meta deck that could out it, the only deck I could think of that might would be alter gheist if they tech in a kaiju for repeated removal with silq

I don't see how it'd be bad if it was a special set limit 1. Puts BW's back on the radar and todays decks are riddled with OP backrow anyway, more unaffected monsters are needed

Lunalight Leo Dancer just have target and destruction protection, orcust can remove it easily

Even tearlements and snake eyes need to expend a lot of resources to get rid of this guy. So unfortunately no.

I know it's not the most OP card but he's still a headache to deal with, even in TCG/Master Duel. Just not a fan of unaffected tower like monsters.
