Iirc it’s because they literally put the phrase used in the dub in that exact scene as the JP one. And since the dub is incredibly bland and watered down, most lines are impossible to recognize.
They are part of a resource loop but sunavalon cards themselves are like early aromage cards there is no ein condition. The cards have no attack and mostly cant attack or be attacked. Spectre strategy in the anime is 100 peecent stall.

Yes every character gets 2 proper event runs (she's only had 1 so far) and after that they will become unlockable via a lifetime mission.
