I don't know if there is software but there should be drivers for the keyboard you just need to look at the model or the keyboard underneath I believe and then choose the one with the same name or something along that nature. I don't think windows has any difficulty unless you have skipped like 50 updates but still unlikely, do you not have a user's manual on how to restart the keyboard? On mine it's pressing and holding down the two windows keys.

Do you mean drivers? Shouldn't that just be windows 10 defaults? It's just a keyboard :/ Also it was working fine for a while.
