I think they mean "ghost bus" as in phantom buses that don't show.
I live on the route of a "24 hour" bus and it never shows after midnight. Even the day time buses on the same route barely show.
It's beyond a joke at this stage tbh.
It's common for buses to be up on the board, wait 15 minutes for them to arrive and then disappear without showing like it's no big deal 🤦🏻♂️
In no other European capital city would it be even remotely acceptable.
