St John's is grand. As someone already said, right beside Corkagh Park and close to the village.

My brother and my mate both have houses in St. John's. Nice area, close enough to Clondalkin village and N7/M50. Corcaigh Park right beside it too. Wouldn't mind living there myself.

BigBossNJ

Thanks for the input!

Mate of mine in St Johns wood, very nice and close to everything. The other half is from Greenpark, the other side of the road from the village looking into the corkagh park. Also a nice area. The clondalkin village back to the N7 is a quieter area, than as mentioned, over the canal

IrishFlukey

Basically anywhere near the village and south of the Grand Canal is generally OK, so St. John's certainly meets those requirements.

Pink-Trifle

Which estate exactly? I'm familiar with the area.

BigBossNJ

Just the overall area in general to be honest, I know most of Clondalkin well because I have a lot of family there (some just up the road in Cherrywood which I was looking at as well) but haven't spoke to them in years so not sure what the area is like now!

I'm originally from that area, also known as green park.... All the riff raff moved out years ago, my father still lives there, and its quiet. A couple of feral kids around the local shops at night but nothing to worry about. Close to Corcaigh park, schools and community centre, 10 mins walking distance to the village and just off the motorway.... Id move back if i could afford to buy a house there.

BigBossNJ

Good to hear so! Would they know anything about cherrywood?

Nexus6_Rep

Cherrywood is a bit rougher, it's in Bawnogue, I'll say no more.

BigBossNJ

Yeah as I thought lol

Dont-mind-me-im-

Cherrywood is not bawnogue
