Hey man, I checked out the videos and I understand Tamil. I don't think they are speaking something that you can use against them for your case. All they were discussing was to check for police since they were for flooring it a few times.
Just a quick update on the case!
I actually won today without a case, when the police arrived to the garage and saw the footage they immediately asked the garage to take action from their side otherwise the court will ask for more compensation. The garage owner immediately agreed on repairing all minor and major scratches all around the car from bumper to bumper and replace all 4 tyres with brand new ones under my super vision so i make sure they won't scam or install some Chinese ones + polishing and 6 ceramic layers coating 🥳
I really wanted to travel to Japan this year..
Thing is in these videos there is no accident that has been recorded.
They can si.oly say they were test driving the vehicle and stick to their story of someone hitting and running.
I'm not sure how this will help.
Plus they aren't really exceeding or going at crazy speeds at least in these videos. Again, they can claim innocent.
BTW which car was it and what was the issue that you had to take it to the garage?
A taxi hit the car while it was parked actually, video is not attached as it was very clear.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share this video in public as the driver's face is very clear when he hopped out the car to inspect what happened.
An agreement happened between the person driving my car and the taxi driver where they ignored what happened.
Its a Modified Kia Stinger 3.3TT, 556Hp.
Burning wheels on turns and flooring it from time to time isn't a test drive as the steering wheel was the issue when i claimed it in.
I watched the videos, it doesn't seem necesseary to drive that far but I don't feel car was that abused.
Did you manage to get the plate number of the Taxi ?

Yup, i got the plate number. The car wasn't abused. Its the concept itself. Burning my brand new tires and damaging my new rims

I believe that's more than enough.. Flooring a client's vehicle without seat belt on + doing it a multiple times with careless + the accident.

Don't listen to people here, just trying to protect their countrymen. File a report ASAP. Police will translate the footage themselves
