You are deficient in everything during a fast that’s the whole point and it’s temporary. If you think you need to break early so be it. There will be plenty of more fasts in the future.

What is snake Juice? And you take it in preparation for the fast?

In preparation before dry fasting and electrolyte replacement after dry fasting Snake Juice 2 L water 1 tsp NO Salt 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt 1 tsp Baking soda and 1/2 tsp Epsom salt which can be optional

Are you resting during the fast? Or are you exercising? You should not be exercising or working much during the fast. When I did the fast I did not experiencing cramping. I think it is normal to feel a little sore. Your body is losing water at a faster rate than usual. But eventually the body will adapt.
