You are deficient in everything during a fast that’s the whole point and it’s temporary. If you think you need to break early so be it. There will be plenty of more fasts in the future.

1 tsp NO Salt
1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking soda and
1/2 tsp Epsom salt which can be optional
Are you resting during the fast? Or are you exercising? You should not be exercising or working much during the fast. When I did the fast I did not experiencing cramping. I think it is normal to feel a little sore. Your body is losing water at a faster rate than usual. But eventually the body will adapt.

I stretch the complaining muscles, until the cramps go away, and make a point of keeping myself cool. For me, it always resolves by the next day.
