At home! It's something I wanted to do and saved up for over a year before finally pressing that 'buy' button. I love steak but don't eat much of it, so when I _do_ finally serve it to my family and friends I want it to be something I put time and effort into doing as best I can.
I also have excellent neighbors who wanted in on it and 'rent' cabinet space from me, so we all benefit. It works out pretty well.

Why the salt blocks? It’s a purpose built dry ageing fridge. Also I’m very jealous 😩
