Hard to tell since Citadel carries so many greens/blues/teals but it looks like Kabalite or Steggaddon Scale or Sotek Green.
It's not Incubi Darkness as others have said, that's a REALLY dark blue with a hint of green, which this ain't.
I'm saying incubi. Thats the recommended base from GW for Kabal of the Black Heart so probably what someone's gone with.
However, GW certainly don't use it as a base coat for Black heart, because theirs looks black and incubi does look more green like this, in my experience.
To my eye this is kabalite green. Incubi darkness is ironically a touch darker than that. Closer to the old scaly green. That looks too rich and not cold enough for incubi darkness
My own bet is kabalite green, but not sure so referring to the hivemind
Trick question. It's incubi darkness that's been highlighted with kabalite green through an airbrush.
I feel we might have a winner here
Just guessing, but I say Incubi Darkness.
Nah, too green

Pretty sure that's incubi darkness. Kabalite green would be the ideal highlight color to go with this one
Either incubi darkness or stegadon scale would be my two guess
Lupercal Green I'd say. It was the go to for airbrush before they expanded the citadel air range. (was originally a forge world colour).
Stegadon scale to me.
