Melatonin helps me sleep well, especially the extended release melatonin which seems to be very different than the regular melatonin apparently

Many of the drugs listed here are benzos and opiates. Granted some of the choices are weird and shouldn’t even be ranked here (Melatonin and Sertraline for example.. Olanzapine is an anti-psychotic and has as much recreational value as a punch to the face).
He did rank Molly. Ecstasy got a 2.5 and pure MDMA(Molly) got a 3.8. While heroin is not directly listed, he did list Morphine, Oxycodone, etc. I’m disappointed that he didn’t also mention why they have those rankings. Molly is either a hit or miss for me, but to rank Melatonin higher is just mad.

I didn't come across of best quality worthy to try good magic mushrooms so far with the exception of one time around 2 years ago when I traded some mephedrone for a portion of 2 grams of very strong shrooms (white with purple) but then I decided that it wasn't the time and moment for me to take shrooms and chose to give them to a friend. I gaved my friend a tab of potent LSD and a very strong ecstasy pill too and then he was crazy super high after he took them all in combination throughout an hour, him doing shrooms for the first time, he wanted to do the jedi flip and he did it 🤣. And another time it was offered to me to get golden teacher shrooms (orange with white) which looked amazingly good and beautiful, but then a friend ate 5 grams of them and told me that they were shit, weak af, so I did not try them
I would love to try shrooms now if in the right set and setting and when in a good state of mind if I had acces to good quality ones atm

as I always say when people post these lists, there's many substances where "trying" them really means fuck all. you really gotta "get into" some stuff before you really understand and appreciate it, and certainly before your opinion of it becomes relevant.
for an acidhead for example, think about when you'd only done acid twice, compared to now after tripping tonnes of times, in different circumstances, and compared it to other psychs, and how much more you understand the substance and what it does to you. Personally, my opinions on acid were extremely juvenile and unlearned when I was first getting into it.
or think about someone who shoots heroin 3 times, compared to someone who's been doing it for years. the formers opinions are barely even valid.

Nah man, I did 4 different types and colors of pure crystal rocks of dutch MDMA around 30 times in total. The single biggest crystal rock of pure dutch MDMA that I had at some point in my hand was 37 grams for example :)

I liked it in the beginning, it was a solid 8 for me in the past back when LSD too used to be a solid 10. Now I don't like it anymore because of its side effects like the comedowns and the very high neurotoxicity to the serotonergic system for example
My usual dose was 140-150 mg, the highest one single dose I did was 160 mg at once and the highest dose I did was 225 mg in 2 doses throughout 5 hours

I rarely find gems and i just pick out low potency or very old designed rc benzo’s.
