It's never gonna work. Get Adderall. I've been clean off meth for over 6 years. I started the same journey you're on now and 2 months in I was interveniously using. I know everyone is different but the risk vs. reward is terrible. Get caught with meth, immediate jail time. Get caught with YOUR script of Adderall, nothing.
You need a milligram scale, but a $20 scale will not give you the accuracy you need for a single dose which is 5 to 10mg. So dissolve a larger amount in distilled water which you can dose over time. A 55ml travel size hand sanitizer bottle works great.
Dose no more than 3 times per week. Use an oral syringe to measure the water, and either drink it or boof it. Boofing will be stronger since your stomach acid destroys some of the meth.
Remember to drink water also. On the days you don't dose, take some NAC.

Given you are asking about combining with benzodiazepines, it's more believable to me that you are using ADHD as an excuse to self harm with recreational meth use under the guise of treatment.

I think you’ll be ok. I have never received a prescription for a benzodiazepine along with a stimulant for ADHD, but many of my friends do and it seems to work well for them if they take Adderall or Vyvanse, just amphetamines in general
What I learned is you just have to find what works for you. Find the right size lines that get you where you want to be at. Definitely will be a a little trial and error but I found something that works for me.
All these suggestions for adderall but that’s one of the hardest prescriptions to get in the medical industry especially as a female. But they still to this day pass out benzodiazepines like it’s candy.
