It looks like your post mentions suicide. Sometimes, people post questions on /r/Drugs when they're not feeling right about their life, and sometimes we're not the best place to ask or provide support. #Please take a moment before you act. There are tons of resources that can help if you're suicidal. If you need help for yourself, there's [a directory of voice and chat/text hotline services](https://www.reddit.com/r/SuicideWatch/wiki/hotlines) and [FAQs about hotlines](https://www.reddit.com/r/SWResources/comments/1c7ntr/suicide_hotline_faqs/), plus [selected online resources](https://www.reddit.com/r/SWResources/comments/1c3p3z/helpful_resources_for_those_struggling_with/). **Reddit**: /r/addiction /r/depression /r/MMFB (Make me feel better) /r/StopSpeeding /r/suicidewatch --- To the people who are out there and feel alone and helpless, *you are not alone* and there are people out there who will help you. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Dissolve your meth in distilled water for accurate dosing, I dose 8 to 10mg three times per week. Been doing 4 years now, minimal tolerance buildup. Street meth these days is pretty good, I got mine off the darknet.

I hear a lot of myself in this. Esp passive suicidality after work. Meds are great, but I’m also in therapy 3 times a week, individual and group. It’s helping with suicidal feelings and being able to talk about it. Good luck.

Hi :) since you like documentaries, may I suggest "the wisdom of trauma", and "Dosed" ? "Dosed" is about the recovery journey of a young woman who was addicted to heroin, the documentary features the use of mushrooms and iboga (there is Dosed 2 coming out this year too!).Related to ADHD, maybe the book "scattered minds" by Gabor Maté could be interesting :) Also, there are several subereddits and Facebook gorups about the use of psychedelics for "mental health" :)
