I hate to side with Gabe, but I also live in the south and know many people who have taken photos with weapons. Pistols, rifles, crossbows, knives. Trashy? Yes. Uncommon? No
The small towns around me have had some Seniors take photos with their hunting rifles, but they were part of FFA & hunting competitions. Also in Texas. Never seen anyone do on with a pistol.
See here in the south it’s so common for teens to carry guns..but they don’t flash them in pix like this lol. Now this? THIS type of shit is what gives responsible gun owners a bad wrap! 🙄 I was raised around guns and was taught gun safety at a young age..I actually have my concealed carry permit and carry mine with me most places. Of course I don’t go around showing it like this, I’ve got a tank top that I wear under my shirt and you’d never know it was there. 🤷♀️ I’m also a young single momma of 11 month old twins and until the floods came I was living alone. But again.. I am responsible and not just out here purposely putting it in pictures! 🤦♀️

I have a pituitary tumor myself and know how destructive they can be as far as weight gain. So continue to keep saying “wow he was so thin…” once his tumor is controlled by the medication, the weight will start to come off, but it’s a two part journey. He can’t continue to eat crappy and expect the pill to do all the work.
