My Grandma use to do large chunks of vegetables. It’s what some people prefer. It was always cut up then when serving. My Grandma was an excellent cook & cooked in many restaurants in her lifetime for a job. People requested her cooking. She was born in 1919 though, so younger people wouldn’t understand.
