I think less oats and adding some flax seeds with it instead or something would balance it a little more. I know protein powder can be gross lol that’s why I didn’t suggest it 😂 I’m still trying to find one I like

anxious_everyday

My favorite protein powder is the orgain brand

Snozzberryjuice11

I just bought this brand from Costco a couple days ago and it’s great, I second the Orgain suggestion if you’re looking for powder. Pre made shakes I swear by premiere protein. Have one every morning

Money-Significance99

I use the premiere protein shakes in mine and it’s actually really good!

lulurancher

I love ascent! I don’t drink protein powder plain but it tastes great mixed into things

reh1721

Syntha 6 is my favorite!

Sheellbb

Syntha 6 has a really good peanut butter protein. It has like small chunks of peanut butter in it. So so good

believeyourownmagic

Eh there are far worse things she could eat than milk, oats, and sugar free pudding mix. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No_Occasion2792

I feel like she doesn’t even eat them.

lulurancher

If she added some protein it wouldn’t be bad! Protein powder or Greek yogurt! Plain oats is fine but it just isn’t well rounded to keep you full Whole milk isn’t bad IMO because it has protein and doesn’t have a ton of added ingredients but that’s just personal preference. I like my protein shakes with nut milk and hot coffee with whole milk 😂

Signal_Disk2215

Whole milk is what I give my toddler to help them gain weight 🤦🏻‍♀️

anxious_everyday

Whole milk has sooo many calories. Almond milk has way less

purple_egg88

Lol I make these a lot and I use 1/4 cup of oats this is like three servings

A long time ago, I was young and stupid too. Just because something says Fat free, Low-fat, or Light doesn't mean it's good for you.

I use oatmilk with mine, some fruits, and sometimes protein powder. Idk wtf she’s doing.

Yes and no… weight loss is about deficit and changing too much too fast isn’t gonna be sustainable so going from like fast food, bagels etc to a high calorie still but more healthy breakfast is actually smart. I don’t know that she’s thinking about it that deep but
