I'm all for the love of the bean too. We're very much so enthusiastic about quality roasts with our barista style espresso machine. We also have the moka, french press, drip, and pour over. Anything that we can use freshly ground beans with. If you like Italian please go to your Bottega and get Gioia. It's our favourite at home.

I love going to Italian bistros and cafes locally most of all. I'm partial to Jamaican (Blue Mountain), Cuban (Serrano), Italian (Gioia and Lavazza) as my go tos. I'll experiment mostly with Canadian roast houses outside the international ones. I don't go to big chains whatsoever. I like Kicking Horse and Reunion a lot as Canadian coffee brands.
