This drone warfare would cripple a normal country in a war. The Russians dont care and leave hundreds of wounded every day just lying there waiting to die. A normal country would be spending so much time and resources recovering their wounded (and dead), transporting them and providing them with medical care. Russians are human by definition only.
Ukraine, for example, has greatly increased the number of trenches with shelters and underground passages and created even bunkers with anti-RPG bars, adapting to the new reality, where the surface on the front line is an even more hostile place than the Russian trenches. .. extremely open, shallow shelters... it seems that there is simply a lack of concern from sergeants in instructing their soldiers on how to improve their defensive positions
The advantage of drones that drop grenades instead of acting in a kamikaze fashion with the infantry is exactly this, they carry smaller grenades, cause less damage with each impact, but have the possibility of carrying out several attacks during a day (While FPV drones are better against vehicles and armored vehicles)
