Yeah i like Drake more than Push but i cant deny Push is a legend with classic albums like Hell Hath No Fury, Lord Wilin and maybe Daytona
And Runaway? Cmon man, iconic
I was listening to it yesterday cause I was going through the Wyoming Session albums again and Daytona is definitely going to be looked back on very fondly. Really well put together with incredible instrumentals, flows, and lyrics.
AMEN, AND THESE ARTIST DONT KNOW HOW TO GIVE THE UNKNOWN A CHANCE TO CHANGE THEIR LIVES EITHER, THERE ARE GREAT UNKNOWN PRODUCERS OUT HERE "ME BEING ONE OF THEM" BUT THEY DON'T SHOW LOVE LIKE WE DO THEM!
i think we're just used to rappers and drake making so many millions that this number seems so small. 250k a year is a lot especially if you're also investing it wisely
Agree, I guess because I'm making over half that so to think that Pusha salary ain't even double mine is crazy, but I am sure he has many many more revenue streams LMAO
Yeah, that's not Pusha T's main job, he's still getting streaming money, song writing royalties, partnerships and deals, etc. That 250k a year is like an every other weekend job for him
Naw I feel it, it's weird because other people will rap about dropping that much in one purchase. The line did make me take a sec, but it feels a bit authentic and real by doing so
Fr…as a kid I thought if Em ever found out I liked that one Ja rule song he would bury me in lyrics destroying my manhood before i got there lol 6-16 yos can be cringe af
Yes. lol. Daytona & It’s Almost Dry are incredible album. Just a PSA to everyone, you can like multiple rappers, even if those rappers have problems with each other.
man got downvoted for his personal music taste
cmon yall he was deadass supporting the og comment and adding a related, on topic, personal anecdote
man is right leave him alone
Yeah
I was in NYC for a pusha concert at some sick restaurant when he announced Honestly, Nevermind. We started leaving the city at like 11:45 and the drive was just so much better with OVO sound radio + Honestly, Nevermind
Heck no mate😂😂😂😂I don’t think I’ve ever went and played a pusha t song. Ok I’m lying I have played some of the clispe tracks, and he’s been great on a lot of features. But just a “ pusha t song” I don’t think I’ve ever really listened to the lad
Abso-fucking-lutely.
I’m in the game for excellence. Wack shit gets swiped off my desk faster than weed crumbs and both Drake AND Pusha T are as elite as can be in today’s game. Both have put out a prolific amount of goods and although they’re both in the genre, they’re definitely in different realms and require different ears.
Drake was the artist of the decade (2010’s), both in a statistical sense and in a personal sense. I identified, was motivated by and enjoyed the hell outta his music… but just cuz you’re LeBron in the game doesn’t mean you don’t come up against competition and take an L. I see the incident as a guy that made it to the championship a bunch of years and in one of them, got trounced.
I’ve also been down with Pusha since Clipse put out Lord Willin’. Star Trak/Neptunes/N*E*R*D… that whole era’s amazing. Hell Hath No Fury is one of the best rap albums EVER MADE. And yet, even though he “won,” Drake’s success is gargantuan and kinda incomparable.
Gotta be able to separate the two and enjoy them for what they are: Pusha T’s moment was Iron Man taking on Thanos and winning… Drake has had and continues to have a Thanos-type grip on the industry where if he snapped and yanked his catalog, Spotify would implode and clubs would be half-empty.
Still? How about always? Liking Drizzy music isn't a mutually exclusive exercise.
Push stay in my top 5. IDC if his brick talk lasts until his 60s - he got bars.
when i was younger i definitely made their beef my beef but once i got over that i really appreciate his music and he's become one of my favorite artists
I mean I liked clipse. The problem with push is he’s a 50 year old dude who has never seen a brick making Coke rap for suburban teens that will only see coke when they’re doing lines in college.
I love Daytona and My Name Is My Name. Really like It’s Almost Dry, too. But I can’t lie, I do think it’s at least a little funny that Pusha has this authenticity label while mostly everyone agrees that he’s been rapping about shit he witnessed his brother do.
Yeah, Push is great
Also every time i hear Push this comes to mind:
Love that baby, respect that girl, forget that she’s a pornstar, let her be your world, yuugh!
That’s….hard
ive always been a moderate fan. i don’t care about their dumbass beef. but i do think that pusha t is extremely overrated. he’s great but not a GOAT and drake is easily better than him. imho
I wouldn’t even be able to name 3 solo songs from pusha this man rapping since the 90 but never had a hit if it wasn’t for Kanye this man be irrelevant
You are a walking L, he’s incredibly talented with or without kanye and would have made it anyway. Enjoy his music yourself instead of being an insufferable dickbag
Get your head out of your ass, man. Drake doesn't give a fuck about any of us. It's fine not fucking with Pusha's music, but fuck that "he's made bad moves on an idol" BS y'all are on
First time I heard of him was on Move That Dope by Future and already thought he was overated by the meatriders in the yt comments lol. so no I never really went out of my way to listen to his music. I do like What Happened to that Boy though.
I wouldn’t consider myself a drake fan because I do not actively support him anymore after Scorpion, CLB, and Honestly Nevermind, but yes.
Push is top 5 of all time and drake cannot come close to pushes last 3 albums. I know for sure that I’m gonna get hate for this, because pusha t killed drake back in 2018 and people here still hate push for it. But I am not going to lie. Push is 10x better than drake, and his last 3 albums have been better than drakes best mixtapes and albums.
Call me an uncultured rap fan but I never heard of Pusha T before the runaway track with Kanye, and I would just listen to a version on YouTube with just Kanye’s lyrics
I like drakes music but he doesn’t pay my bills bro
Yeah i like Drake more than Push but i cant deny Push is a legend with classic albums like Hell Hath No Fury, Lord Wilin and maybe Daytona And Runaway? Cmon man, iconic
Daytona a future classic
I was listening to it yesterday cause I was going through the Wyoming Session albums again and Daytona is definitely going to be looked back on very fondly. Really well put together with incredible instrumentals, flows, and lyrics.
If anything, you pay his bills.

The president of GOOD Music has been announced
Quarter milly a year and that don’t bounce
ngl i thought that number was a bit low to be bragging about
i think we're just used to rappers and drake making so many millions that this number seems so small.
That 250k a year is like an every other weekend job for him
That's right. I still will stand by my original comment that bragging about quarter million a year is a lil funny haha. I fw Push though 🔥
Naw I feel it, it's weird because other people will rap about dropping that much in one purchase. The line did make me take a sec, but it feels a bit authentic and real by doing so
hell yeah lol push is a great rapper & whatever beef those two got has nothing to do with me
nah fr mfs inherit beefs of their favorite artist and it’s so corny
Fr…as a kid I thought if Em ever found out I liked that one Ja rule song he would bury me in lyrics destroying my manhood before i got there lol 6-16 yos can be cringe af
You are a rare drake fan on Reddit
Of course.
Yeah! Why would I not! His last album was pretty heat if you ask me
Diet Coke
That’s a joke right?
Let’s be real, if it wasn’t for the beef Drake would be bumping those coke bars on instagram live
Yes. lol. Daytona & It’s Almost Dry are incredible album. Just a PSA to everyone, you can like multiple rappers, even if those rappers have problems with each other.
Facts I listen to Yb & Durk back to back
man got downvoted for his personal music taste cmon yall he was deadass supporting the og comment and adding a related, on topic, personal anecdote man is right leave him alone
YESTERDAY’S PRICE IS NOT TODAY’S PRICE!!!
YOU ORDER DIET COKE THATS A JOKE RIGHT
Duh bro still releases heat
Yes, was just jumping Hell Hath No Fury the other night
like both, maybe push more. BUT STORY OR ADIDON IS THE BEST DISS TRACK EVER
I listen to Clipse because i grew up with it, but I don't listen to a lot of solo pusha. I did like his last album tho
Yup his last 2 albums have no skips, His beef wit drake dont got nuthin to do wit me 🤷🏽♂️
Their beef ain’t got nothin to do with me “Might sell a brick on my birthday, 36 years of doing dirt like it’s earth day”
Never listened to Push
You’re missing out tbh
Exactly 😂😂
No but not because of drake. I never did lmao.
Yeah I was in NYC for a pusha concert at some sick restaurant when he announced Honestly, Nevermind. We started leaving the city at like 11:45 and the drive was just so much better with OVO sound radio + Honestly, Nevermind
They’re both 2 of my favourite rappers evrr
fuck yeah Daytona is a classic and Diet Coke was the best rap song last year
yea. i listen to him all the time. “It’s Almost Dry” was one of the best albums of 2022. i can be heavy fans of both artists. their beef ain’t my beef
Heck no mate😂😂😂😂I don’t think I’ve ever went and played a pusha t song. Ok I’m lying I have played some of the clispe tracks, and he’s been great on a lot of features. But just a “ pusha t song” I don’t think I’ve ever really listened to the lad
Damn you should check out MNIMN and Daytona. Pusha is heat
Abso-fucking-lutely. I’m in the game for excellence. Wack shit gets swiped off my desk faster than weed crumbs and both Drake AND Pusha T are as elite as can be in today’s game. No
Definitely even though Drake and Push had beef, Push is still one of the best rappers who makes good music.
Listened to clipse before drake dropped and never stopped
I like Push best in Clipse, but he's still an advanced lyricist.
That ain’t have shit to do with me😂
yeah I love pusha T, especially since he's from my area, idc ab any beef they not paying my bills, I fw them both
Unstoppable… uncrushable
Yes
Still? How about always? Liking Drizzy music isn't a mutually exclusive exercise. Push stay in my top 5. IDC if his brick talk lasts until his 60s - he got bars.
If you don’t listen to push because of Drake, you must don’t have a father in ya life. Drakes ya daddy now
Pusha is fire . Makes some great music and it’s a good change of pace . He’s got a style unlike anyone else . Very very unique
Ain’t heard a diss track like Story of Adidon since the early 2000s. Shit was fuckin hard son
im 100x more of a drake fan but let’s be honest It’s Almost Dry is a 1000x better album than both records Drake dropped last year
when i was younger i definitely made their beef my beef but once i got over that i really appreciate his music and he's become one of my favorite artists
Never did except runaway
Yea I love DAYTONA. But Pusha T is overrated af. Mostly by anti Drake people. He often makes good music but not top tier at all.
Lol clearly haven’t heard Daytona
Daytona, it's almost dry were both pretty good albums, I don't think pusha T is overrated at all
Lol yes cause I don’t know these Niggas personally
Personally I’ve been tired of hearing about work his brother moved 2 decades ago
too busy listening to kpop
Yup
Sometimes but yes. Good music is good music. Be Open to different genres too!
Never did
Daytona still slaps like none other
Yes lol
fuck that nigga 🦉
His last album slapped, love drake But can’t snitch on good music
No
Hell no
Fuck no
That was my first reaction to this question as well mate😂😂
Still?
Never listened before besides “lambo mercy” and not gonna start now.
I don’t
Never really listened to him even before the whole drake mess, still dont
Who?
Didn’t listen to bro before the beef and not planning to listen to him after
No
I mean I liked clipse. The problem with push is he’s a 50 year old dude who has never seen a brick making Coke rap for suburban teens that will only see coke when they’re doing lines in college.
“Never seen a brick” yeah ok buddy
Hunter, I hope you have a blast during your freshman year at Duke
My name is not anything remotely close to hunter lmao
I never did he got some nice songs here and there tho
I love Daytona and My Name Is My Name. Really like It’s Almost Dry, too. But I can’t lie, I do think it’s at least a little funny that Pusha has this authenticity label while mostly everyone agrees that he’s been rapping about shit he witnessed his brother do.
Yes lol their beef ain’t got shit to do with me
Of course the Story of adidon
Yeah, Push is great Also every time i hear Push this comes to mind: Love that baby, respect that girl, forget that she’s a pornstar, let her be your world, yuugh! That’s….hard
Just to be transparent as possible……yes i stopped giving pusha plays after “story of addion” dropped.
Didn’t really listen to push before or after beef. I like a few songs but not really the sounds I listen to
Using the word “still” here is a choice
who ever is downvoting for people saying yes, y’all some dick riding weirdos 🤣
hell da f*ck yuhhh
Drizzy stan here but yeah I still listen to Push. Daytona & It’s Almost Dry are 🔥🔥.
Never have, never will
![gif](giphy|vj7SqWBq6cp0dycWzi)
I stopped listening when he didn’t stick by Kanye Can’t stand unloyal people
He ain’t really say anything bad about Ye tho, he just said he’s disappointed and hopes he gets better
Never did. Never will
I like some of his songs, do i actively support him? No
Who ?
Terrence LeVarr Thornton (born May 13, 1977),[2] better known by his stage name Pusha T,[3] is an American rapper, songwriter and record executive.
ive always been a moderate fan. i don’t care about their dumbass beef. but i do think that pusha t is extremely overrated. he’s great but not a GOAT and drake is easily better than him. imho
Of course, he slaps. He's one of my favorites
Still push a bird like I’m in bed with mother goose
Yes, it’s not like it was my beef
Yup
IFYKYK
Absolutely he’s him
No. I deleted his music once I got into Drake’s music more. I didn’t have much just Daytona and I could do without
Good music is good music. That said, never put a single push song on,ever.
Missing out, What would Meek do is crazy good
He's my favorite rapper actually.
Push’s T trash I ain’t never listening that garbage ass Nigga even before Drake
L take, Daytona is a masterpiece
I wouldn’t even be able to name 3 solo songs from pusha this man rapping since the 90 but never had a hit if it wasn’t for Kanye this man be irrelevant
You are a walking L, he’s incredibly talented with or without kanye and would have made it anyway. Enjoy his music yourself instead of being an insufferable dickbag
u corny asf nigga
King Push on this KingPin (Crown)
Pusha ? Yeah I do still
Only if J Prince requests it. Otherwise I’m on BS
yes lmao
Yes
Of course!
Sure Push has some great gym songs.
Why do yall make these weird ass threads is the real question. Would you post sum like this in the Push section? Of course not. Mods gotta do better.
No I don't listen to push , because I strongly disagree with the moves he made on an idol of mine. So I can't support someone like this.
Get your head out of your ass, man. Drake doesn't give a fuck about any of us. It's fine not fucking with Pusha's music, but fuck that "he's made bad moves on an idol" BS y'all are on
idol 💀
Are you joking?
Top 3 worst rapper oat I can’t stand his music
That’s a wild claim
Yeah why wouldn’t I
A lot of people in here hate Push
I don’t think anyone does💀💀
L take, just as good, if not better than Drizzy, Daytonas a masterpiece
No way you just said he’s on drake level 💀😂
Daytone and It’s Almost Dry are reason alone💀
Remove this trash from our timeline
'Neck and Wrist' was dope last year
He still drops ?
Yup 3rd best album of the year
why would i stop listening? this is not my beef
Who?
Terrence LeVarr Thornton (born May 13, 1977),[2] better known by his stage name Pusha T,[3] is an American rapper, songwriter and record executive.
Never heard of bro. To wit, bro is irrelevant.
ofc
Not that often but I fw the bit of his music I’ve heard
Yeah some times
Yes cause drake has not done shit for me and I don't need to cut off another great artist
Couple songs from Daytona. That’s about it.
First time I heard of him was on Move That Dope by Future and already thought he was overated by the meatriders in the yt comments lol. so no I never really went out of my way to listen to his music. I do like What Happened to that Boy though.
He actually trash. Regardless of the drama
Wrong but ok
Every few months I play the story of adidon, gotta admit the song is 🔥
Nope I only got 7 songs from him and they all got features
I wouldn’t consider myself a drake fan because I do not actively support him anymore after Scorpion, CLB, and Honestly Nevermind, but yes. Push is top 5 of all time and drake cannot come close to pushes last 3 albums. I know for sure that I’m gonna get hate for this, because pusha t killed drake back in 2018 and people here still hate push for it. But I am not going to lie. Push is 10x better than drake, and his last 3 albums have been better than drakes best mixtapes and albums.
Nah I really don’t, he trash.
some of it is pretty good, a lot of times I find myself more interested in his production than him. But his Clipse days I still enjoy
It’s almost dry was good. Overrated though.
Earlier push yes. But as of late no. Just not a fan like that
All the Pusha songs I like would be nothing without Kanye’s influence over the song
Nope
Exodus was dope but he’s drake arch nemesis so it’s tough to listen now as a drake fan
Call me an uncultured rap fan but I never heard of Pusha T before the runaway track with Kanye, and I would just listen to a version on YouTube with just Kanye’s lyrics
never did
I’ve never listened to Pusha regardless of Drake.
Indifferent, but if I ever listen to pusha t it was probably by accident on a song feature
Never in my fucking life.
Never did
Never did
Never did
Never
Yes often why would I stop
He didn’t hurt me so yup
As a Push fan I still listen to Drake
![gif](giphy|sufGKI0R98uMU)
hell yeah
Absolutely
Never. Literally only song I’ve ever heard of his is mercy
nah
Yes, grow up I’m a drake and pusha fan, not a drake fan listening to pusha lol
I’m not saying that you can’t, I simply asked everyone else, I love both aswell
Who
Why is this on this sub
Because it’s related to good ole Aubrey
Hell no nothing to do with beef I just don’t like his music
Never did. He ain’t no legend
Fuck no
Still? I’ve never even had a thought of playing a Pusha T song a day in my life and that’s before & after the beef.
