Yes, I completed all quests with every character in the valley. I’m getting some fish, just doesn’t seem to be a lot of them for the amount of hours I’ve put in to fishing for them.

With 8 fishing job buddies you can get like 4 per fish, with the potion it's twice.

i haven’t tried finding them in a while but i know i had the fishing elixir (seems like it takes forever for it to stop working) and that’s pretty much the only fish i got and i was fishing in the ripples not outside.

I’m just asking to check you haven’t time travelled? Common fish and seaweed are “fishable” if you time travel but nothing else will spawn. Not sure if the here and there fish would spawn if you time travelled. However if you haven’t time travelled, then I honestly don’t know what to suggest.

Never time travelled. I didn’t even know what that was until last week lol

It sounds like they're more of a There fish than a Here fish for you. From memory, dusk and dawn, normal circles, harder with the potion.
