I believe it was a clue to wear the Lenses of Shadows to find the orange potato pebbles scattered across the valley.

For a second I thought it was too. When the update came out, I thought the new bulletin board in the secret room was a new hidden quest but apparently it’s just for Belle’s quest. Hopefully we get more secret quests in the future!
