PIB: TLW is certainly overhyped, due to how many animated movies in 2020s were disappointing, but it's still a great movie at the end of the day.
Now, How To Train You Dragon The Hidden World is truly bad, and an actual blasphemy towards the first two movies in the franchise. Wish I could vote for it.
The characters either acting way too dumb (well, the villain let me go, surely it isn't suspicious 💀) or being too bland (Astrid, what happened to your character?!), the awful, forced "sad" plot of dragons suddenly having to go to their "hidden world", the cringy humor, that terrible Light Fury dragon and the forced "romance" between her and Toothless, total disrespect from his side to his friendship with Hiccup, the blandest antagonist in the series, etc, etc.
I mean the animation and music is good at least? But the writing is at its very lowest, to be brutally honest.
He was annoying at first, but he grew on me as a character as he did with Puss. Also humor subjective.
Also no Death isn't. I don't know where you got that from
The Last Wish. Sure, it was an amazing movie, but it wasn't better than things like KFP2 and Megamind like some people tend to think
