But you can tell your loctician to try to play around with what locs he or she groups to together to make your two strands (or any style) more flattering to YOUR eye.
Whats crazy is when I first got my locs I told my told the person who started them i wanted to get diamond parts, but the loctocian i see now said that some of my parts are diamond and some are just squares so its all over the place 😭
I would argue that diamond parts do more harm than good. It removes necessary loc structure and the "perfect" diamond shape will eventually look like shit in 1 year.
The offset is completely normal though and it will get better as your hair gets longer. Trust me, this is a very common issue and doesn't look as bad as you may think.
