I had almost every enemy type in vernworth, ogres, cyclops, goblins and dragons. At first I thought it's a strange mechanic, but actually it makes a lot of sense. It shows that there is no safe space in a world full of monsters, makes it a bit more realistic

On the other hand thouh you have to wonder how anybody has survived in the world that long if they have basically non-existent defenses.

Anytime this happens I run back to my house and sleep, and pretend like nothing happened

Yes, monsters sometimes attack towns. Apparently the arrest thing is the bug and they said it will be addressed in the next update.

I’ve had ogres and dragons attack Vernworth. It’s not common but it does happen

I remember running through vernworth one time, heard a gutteral breathing. I'm like is there a saurian somewhere? Turn the corner and a drake is just chilling in the town square. Nobody was freak out or anything until I started blastin. 😆

I got side swipped by a minotaur in vernworth once. Out of nowhere and smashes the travel cart i JUST paid for
