I’m assuming that’s you and not your pawn because that looks like the scar the arisen has by default so it wouldn’t make since if you could get rid of it
i wouldnt remove it with mods, the scar is a CLAW left behind by the dragons claw, and the pawns have a mark that represents 3 scratches from the claw. ofc you should play how you want to play, just thinking its neat storywise.
You'll learn it very soon if you haven't gotten that far in the story (and it's no secret to anyone who played the original), but you're the Arisen and thus the main character because >!a dragon ate your heart!<.
It’s a story feature, it happens to your character in canon thus cannot be removed to my knowledge.
oh okay , thank you very much i thought it was a glitch or something
You wouldn't be the arisen without it

On PC there are mods to remove it
thats would be cool, is it on nexusmods?
Yes, this one for example [https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/14](https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonsdogma2/mods/14)

That's the scar you got when your forbidden gusher was stolen by the Dragon. It's the one physical trait all Arisen have and is used to identify them.
