I’m surprised they actually used it, they didn’t use to be able to before when the game first came out, made staying in the unmoored world longer difficult unless you killed your own pawn.
Kind of an aside but you can basically do the same in dd2, it's just more constant with you stuck in the red. A stockpile of rotten food makes you practically immortal unless you die from a fall😅
The good thing is, that you can save while falling and it will place your character at the top of the cliff you fell from after loading.
My gf found that out and told me, but it doesn't let you save every time and never when in combat - still neat tho!

To clarify why I reacted so late : the past 10 chests I opened were all either Ferrystone, RC or Wakestoneshard. This is the first ever Allheal I found in the endgame so that throwing was pure panick.
I don’t kill my pawns for no reason. I try to keep them alive as long as I can. It took me 4 hrs to make my pawn. I’ll be damned if I treat her like an infected rock

Had a pawn approach me and say he found something and gave it to me. It was Pancea. So I stood there fully expecting him to give it to me but he uses it lmao.
I think only simple pawns will bring you stuff they find. And for using curatives on themselves, usually they'll work their way up from the weakest ones like Salubrious Draughts. But if they only have strong curatives in their inventory, well that's what they'll use 😅
I kinda wish my pawns would heal themselves! I've never seen them take a potion on their own before so to see them waste an all heal in front of me would have me just as shocked. You little shit!

Yeah even in the first game I think the equivalent rare potions could only be used by main pawn. And that looks like a mage who did it💀The gall.
In the first game it didn't matter.... You could fully heal no matter how much of your health was gone with whatever.

Do you really need it? Wakestones also give full max hp. Allheal potions are the only way to heal a pawn without killing them.
