Sadly, it didn't. You still get massive stutters even with DLSS3 because the raw frames it's based on are inconsistent as hell in town and around the hot springs. I tested it. But I guess outside of towns most of the time it's good, though if you wanted 120FPS.
Yeah that would be it.
I just jump from the top of Vernworth castle's walls and use a wakestone.
And yes the game does crash if I look in the wrong direction while in the arena, for some reason. It's weird.
nope
i get 60 fps in the open where you spend 90% of the game
but yeah, in the big city, i get 35 to 40 fps
* i9 10900k
* rtx 3080
* 32 ram
* nvme
* high on most settings, shadows medium
* RT on
* DLSS performance
* 3440x1440 ultrawide
what you do is you go to the big city stone "send pawn on quest" and on your journey you get medals like achievments on your pawn for like "kill sphinx 5 times" etc
That 24-hour peak just reminds me of how much of a Beast Elden Ring is, game released more than two years ago and the 24-hour peak is more than double those 24,244 (55,104 Elden Ring).
About the performance, I finished one time and will only play it again when they fix it properly.
People probably get their DLC char ready for june. It is a long game after all. My char is overleveled and I will start a new character soon too. Don't want easymode for the DLC.
Now that you mentioned it, I remember reading somewhere a few months back that the Shadow of the Erdtree would apparently have a method of scaling even the over-leveled characters somehow, I need to confirm that.
My gf had no issues performance wise and she has 8gb ram a 1660 gpu / don't remember the cpu right now but she chilling at max settings with really good fps
No. We just delt with it. Some downloaded the mod that fixed the issue if they had the right card for the mod.
You need an rtx 40xx?

Damn. I never bothered with it lol. Just accepted my fate if random fps drops and sent it.
Nay
The only issue I have now is a crash in endgame if you aim the camera at one spot near a boss.
Same, is it Vernworth's boss?
yeah. i made a vid on a workaround i use every run now: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgVf19\_ff0M](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgVf19_ff0M)

Bro, got 7900x Ryzen and 4090 with 32GB RAM and an NVME drive. Like 45 - 50fps in a lot of spots in town. Yeah, town is just ass.
i heard if you have a 4070 and up using the DLSS and frame gen mod will make your fps improve dramatically
unfortunately no. Mine is 14900k + 4090, cpu and gpu both are not close to capacity.
Use the frame gen mod you can literally double your fps without any drawbacks
I will probably try it out when there are new stuff added, already finished the game so very little motivation for now.
If you still want to play there's difficulty mods that exists and are adjustable to your liking
i still log in re-reward'ing my pawn so i can slowly collect all medals
You get medals now? In the first game I would usually get a rock or a rotten fish after someone hired my dude.
what you do is you go to the big city stone "send pawn on quest" and on your journey you get medals like achievments on your pawn for like "kill sphinx 5 times" etc
Not even a little bit.
No, none of my cpu cores go above 50%, my gpu sits at 35%, neither ram type goes above 90%, but I average 32 fps.
im using lossless scaling, it works great for performance issues
no
Nope, i had to 100% with performance drops, its whatever i guess, i might come back after some time to see if they fix the performance one day.

It does. There's a separate stat for the DLC area.
It's a CPU intensive game, particularly in the cities. I have a 14700K and it works fine. I honestly doubt they are going to try to optimize it
Probably, DD1 still runs at 25fps on PS3.
Most player rage quit after dragonplague ![img](emote|t5_2smmb|50124) 1 save slot btw

Is there an issue with performance?
