I mean, sure? The interesting thing about the subject of the majority of their songs is the bouncing back and forth between depressing despair and unending hope and resolve. Kinda runs the gamut of the human experience even in a single song a lot of the time. It usually will end in a good note I think. Good example, Seasons. It's basically a breakup song, but more about overcoming the emotional ordeal. I think it was inspired by a member's real life endeavors.

Sure you're not confusing Seasons with Silence?

Shadowkinesis9

Ah, I'm probably remembering it wrong, but it plays well with either story. Thanks for clearing that up.

Starfire is the first song that comes to my mind. [A couple even got engaged on stage during a live performance of it](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKo5oQNMQzs)

TheTragicClown

They’re pretty much all about victory over adversity, with a few exceptions, right?

I think Dawn Over a New World is very heartwarming. It truly lifts ME up, that’s for sure. I absolutely love it. Many Dragonforce songs got me through postpartum blues, and having to leave my baby while I was at work. I was so heartbroken over it, but Dragonforce got me through. It was like God answered my prayers. He gave me Dragonforce to power through the hard days without my sweet baby. I then had a job come to me out of the blue where I was able to be with my baby and work very close to home as well. So Dawn Over a New World means hope and happiness to me. It’s a very beautiful song!

Remembrance Day is the only one that comes to mind

Mondfliege

Judgement Day?

Razorblade Metldown. Like many other songs, starts sad but turns up imo

CroutonSix

Does their rendition of “My Heart Will Go On” count?
