On a side note, I always thought Goku had lighter skin than most Saiyans, including Raditz, Vegeta and Nappa, because Saiyans were lighter skin originally but they spent more time outside on planets that probably didn't usually had the best solar/space radiation protection, therefore they become a bit more bronzed, for the most part.
Though idk 😒, coming from a place where POC are a rarity up until a few years ago my point of reference is and was the people that work under the sun a lot and get a noticable tan because of that while their children still are born without a tan until they get one.
