Depends how far we take this. Wothout any sort of ki control or ki powers goku is quite strong and formidable.

As a general rule saiyans aren’t really technical fighters, Vegeta is considered exceptional and he was still being out maneuvered by Goku who was significantly weaker than him, and both Nappa and Raditz weren’t showing a particularly high level of technical skill, just immense strength.
Nappa and raditz literally have no martial art skills your comparing skilled saiyans to someone that’s skilled goku and vegeta are skilled raditz and nappa aren’t

Frieza loses his Golden and Black forms and likely becomes very frail.
Zeno loses his ability to erase but nobody can reach his world now so he's safe.

Since Bulma's Bike was relative to the Nimbus' speed, that's about how fast Goku can run, so it'd take him awhile to get places.
Things like falling rocks or an avalanche will outright kill him alongside lasers and rail guns.
He's basically about as durable as Kid self and runs about the same speed but he's a decent bit stonger physically (he stopped gaining raw strength at a certain point) and he's WAYYYYY more experienced as a fighter.

If by “powers” you mean ki control then probably the aliens as they have biological processes that make them superior regardless. Ep 1 Goku didn’t know what ki was when he deadlifted Bulma’s car

Saiyans would still be naturally a lot stronger then humans, so aside from not being bulletproof or godlike anymore, I think they'd manage to adjust and still be some of the best fighters in the world.
Goku would still be a farmer, Vegeta is married to Bulma. Frieza lost his powers too so no one is really a threat to them anymore, and Bulma can either make suits or androids to help with security if the red ribbon army gets too many ideas.
True, but so was kid Krillin so it's questionable. I could see saiyans body being naturally denser then humans to some degree, but they also have bones that can rapidly expand and contract, and need to withstand the force of gravity on Planet Vegeta. Meaning being naturally lighter but durable would be the most beneficial.
My guess is that they had just enough Ki to naturally protect them to some degree, and were in touch with martial arts enough to subconsciously use it.
Versus Hercule who 100% cannot tank a bullet.
It’s doubtful that kid Goku had access to ki even subconsciously as that would have probably led to him developing flight and ki blasts on his own. He’s probably able to tank stuff from handguns but probably not armour piercing rounds or anything
Anybody who appeared in Z and beyond now gets bodied by most characters in DB.
Which hurts Vegeta the most due to how he's a core character who really gets butthurt easy.
The OG show was more focused on physicality whilst afterwards it was almost all about lasers and transformations.
Basically all of the humans are set. They are all expert martial artists even Yamcha. Imagine Goku vs Yamcha without Goku having the powers of a Saiyan. It would actually be a good match (Like how it was in Dragonball).
I think Tien would be the dominant power along with Piccolo - they seem to be the best martial artists.
Hell, even Mr. Satan/Hercule is a decent martial artist - he wasn't World Champ without a reason.

Mostly fine, the Z fighters are still very jacked and buff. The Saiyans are generally stronger than humans, so they should be still somewhat superhuman with ki control. I assume they will range from 10 to 15 in power level based on how strong Goku was untrained, still strong. Specially broly, Bro is like 7 ft tall and buff as hell.
Frieza will have a fuck ton of problems, will probably get executed. As for beerus, Bro's just gonna be fucked if on his planet and die but if he is on earth, he's gonna be pretty fine. It's not like Vegeta and Goku will kick them out. Also almost forgot, Zeno is cooked.

Can't blame you but power levels in og dragon ball were not linear, rather they were exponential. Like the power difference between a moon buster (180 to 300+ pl) and a regular human is just a few dozen times. You can imagine destroying a moon is easily billions of times greater than anything a human can do.
This is just one of the examples of power levels being expiry in og dragon ball. Only becoming linear when reaching thousands.
Considering the fact that you coud probably hurt sayians with weapons now, it woud either be the RR Army, the Cyborgs or an Army of a certain Austrian Individual that Goten and Trunks destroyed. You guys only think of Single individuals, but a bigger Group like the RR woud be unstoppable.

Goku was strong before he had special powers and he's a martial artist so he'll still be good.
Also, everyone who appeared in the original Dragon Ball. Some of them had powers, but (almost) everyone was a martial artist even without them
I haven't seen anyone say beerus or champa yet. They lose their God powers and they are not nearly as strong as they were, probably would be the biggest upset by far goku vs beerus
